A Service Model that Motivates the RIGHT Decisions Our primary service consists of a month-to-month computer support model that encourages us to create and manage a stable, secure and ever-improving network environment for our customers. To do that, we blend a healthy dose of proactive/preventative maintenance, with a 24x7 help desk offering and available upon request/need onsite support -- and we provide ALL those services for one monthly fee. No "buy 10 hours get 1 free" deals. No "that'll be extra" for your server upgrades. No "sorry, we don't actually DO the things we suggest". We provide an all-inclusive computer support service to the companies who NEED their technology to work - and who appreciate having the right resources available via phone, email, web AND face-to-face, whenever they need them. Since everything is included in one price, we are heavily motivated to use our time wisely when we support your environment. As such, we'll often make recommendations to IMPROVE your technology. We'll point you in the direction of SECURE solutions and STABLE technologies so you can stop worrying about the computers...and get back to running your business. That's when you're making the most money -- and, quite honestly, that's when we are too! Oh, yeah, and when compared to an hourly "computer guy" or even a full-time employee, we're more affordable! Creating a Great Place to Work / Creating Positive Change When starting Next Level Cafe, we wanted to create a work environment that is FUN to work at. Simply stated, we wanted to create a place that WE wanted to work. What kind of place is that? What kind of place would YOU want to work at? How about the kind of place that EMPOWERS their employees! A place where work/life balance is actually in balance. A place where you can take a break, sit out on the employee patio, play a game of pool or roll a game of arcade bowling! How about listen to some music on the employee-managed MP3 server (created, at an employee's suggestion to cut down on excessive streaming audio that was cannibalizing network bandwidth)? Or maybe log into the company GAMING SERVER - also, an employee-sponsored idea. Maybe you need a place to vent? We have an employee-only forum and a company-sponsored mentor (yes, an actual person, sitting in their office, who is paid to be available to YOU, our employees). Yeah, everybody says they put their employees first, right? Wrong! Only 1 company was awarded the 2006 Minnesota Psychology Association's Psychologically Healthy Workplace Award...that was us. On only 1 company has EVER been nominated (and received) a Best Practices Award for Employee Involvement from the American Psychology Association (2007). And only 1 company can say they were a finalist to the Upsize Magazine's People and Workplace Award THREE YEARS in a ROW!
